Order Tracking
Enter the member center and enter "My Order-View Order" to check the status of the order.

Pay order
If you choose "Pay online", the order will display "Pending Payment" when the website has not received your payment. It is recommended that you pay in time within the order retention period.

Cancellation
After the order is successfully submitted and before the shipment, you can cancel the order.
Note: Once the order cancellation application is submitted successfully, it will not be able to be modified or restored. Please exercise caution. If the order contains promotional items such as gifts, events, coupons, etc., if the main item order is cancelled, the associated promotional items will also be cancelled.

Change Order
The order can be modified before the order is reviewed. If the order has been reviewed, the order cannot be modified.
Note: The current product information will prevail when the modification is made, and the modification of the order may affect the delivery time. Due to the fast production speed of the order, the modification may be unsuccessful.
